Our Vision
The PBA’s patent-pending new game is a new professional basketball league built exclusively for players 6'2" and under, awarding 3 points for a dunk, and other rule changes to improve the game.
We envision a game and league model built for TV, with small, packed venues, a smaller court, and the excitement of shorter players dunking in-game.
Think the movie “Hoosiers” meets Sportscenter.
The Chicago Catholic League for 40 years had separate varsity H.S. basketball teams for players 5'9" or less. Legendary Coach Gene Sullivan called it "the best basketball".
WHY PBA
Basketball is the most played game in the world at 500 million players. Some 95% or 475 million of those players are 6’2” or less.
The old ABA introduced the 3-point long shot. The PBA goes one better, awarding 3 points for a dunk! Given the vastly larger pool of potential players who can compete in a height- restricted game, the caliber of play will be exceptional.
The dunk is the most athletic and exciting element of basketball. Shorter men dunking is inherently more exciting than a very tall man dunking and great fodder for SportsCenter’s top 10.

Rules
The new rules are designed to make for a better game by valuing defense and fairness. The major changes:
- 6'2" and under
- 3-points for a dunk
- Limited long 3-point locations
- Traveling, palming, and illegal picks are strictly enforced
- Three free-throw lines (7 ft, 15 ft, 23 ft) depending on foul location.
- Defense can decline a foul and keep the ball.
